Thank you for your interest in Voodoo Shrimp Shack.  Voodoo Shrimp Shack is a food truck and catering business located in Fernandina Beach, Florida  close to Jacksonville FL, St. Mary’s GA, Amelia Island, Yulee, Callahan, and Hilliard.  Our an award-winning seafood “rolls” are what people love: we have Maine-style Lobster Roll, Amelia Island Shrimp Roll, Tuna Poke Roll, Pig & Shrimp Roll, Mardi-Gras Crawfish Roll and more depending on the venue and availability.  Our elusive scratch-made seafood chowder sometimes makes an appearance at our events. 

We love and support our Amelia Island and Northeast Florida shrimping industry, and use wild-caught local shrimp sourced from a local shrimper.  At various times during the year we like offering the opportunity to try the amazing local varieties of shrimp: white shrimp, brown shrimp, Royal Red, rock shrimp, colossals, and whatever else our shrimping friends pull up in their nets.
